  1. Hi there,

I recently purchased two tickets (this was actually a week ago now) with massages for 22/02/2019 and have not yet received any form of confirmation? I am aware this would normally have been sent to my email address, but on this occasion it has not. Can you please re send confirmation.

    Many thanks, Clare.

    • Hi Clare,

      Thank you for contacting us.

This is to kindly inform you that your booking was received and we just resent it to your email address. The timetable of the massages for the week of your chosen date has not been finalised yet. We will send you the actual massage hours of your reservation 3-5 days before the date of your visit. Thank you for your patience.

Have a great time in Budapest!

However, is it possible to buy the ticket in the morning and go back later in the afternoon to enter the place?

  4. I am trying to book online for either 26th.27th or 28th Dec and it is saying not available? Can I come on the day and pay or are you fully booked?

    • Dear Hilda Donna,

Thank you for your inquiry about services between Dec 24, 2019, and Jan 07, 2020 in the baths. While we normally would recommend online bookings to secure your appointments or entries, during the Winter Festive Season (Christmas and New Year – Dec 24 – Jan 7) the city attracts half a million extra tourists, which makes online fast track tickets to Szechenyi Baths simply non-fast track. Hence the managerial decision was made that no fast track entries or cabins (changing cubicles) are sold during the festive days, with the notable exception of the pre-NYE night party tickets, which will be bookable for December 30 as usual in Szechenyi Baths. Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we expect long queues due to the increased demand, even long lines in the cold. Please find more details, advice and other thermal bath alternatives on the following link: BathsBudapest.com/Dec
