      • Hi, I have booked 2 express tickets for sparty on 19th aug and I want to add vip to them. I have emailed sparty and the baths but had no response. Can someone please contact me so I can add vip on and pay the extra xx

    • Hi everyone,
If someone is where for booking thermal bath, I m having 2 tickets as my plan got cancelled.
If needed connect with me here.

      • Hello Ishita,

We would suggest checking your confirmation about the purchased tickets. If you bought it from a third party tour website, e.g. Viator, Getyourguide, Musement or Civitatis, this ticket could be cancelled according to the policy or you may contact the seller to see if the ticket can be rescheduled or could be exchanged for a voucher that is transferable to a different guest.
At any rate, make sure to contact the ticket issuer (the confirmed ticket should have an email contact for a customer service) before giving away the ticket.
You could also try to offer it on social media or just ask some of your friends and relatives as they may just be visiting Budapest around that time.

  4. Hi could someone please get in touch with me? I have booked & paid for 17 people to do sparty next Saturday for a hen. I have received an invoice email but have no confirmation / tickets but the money has been taken from my bank?

    • Dear Kayleigh,
We have contacted you via email.
      Enjoy your stay in Budapest!

    • Are kids and toddlers welcomed to your facility?

      • Hello Farimah,
The bath entry is free for children under 2 years old but older children have to pay full prices for tickets.
Babies who are not potty trained are not allowed in the pools, even if they are wearing a swimming nappy. It mostly applies to children under the age of 3.
Babies and toddlers can come with the family to the Spa but need to stay outside the pool area with somebody.

The thermal baths were and are still aimed at adult bathers, therefore there are no kid’s pools or activities.

Most of the outdoor and indoor pools and baths are more than 33 degrees Celsius, which means increased stress for the cardiovascular system of kids, whose body is not fully developed yet to be able to cope with the heat of the bath waters, therefore saunas and hot pools are not healthy for children under 14.

        • Hello Chlo,

          Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, we could not find your booking in our system (under your name or email address). Did you use a different email address and name for your reservation or did you perhaps make the booking on a different website (which will not show up in our system)?
Tickets are available at more official resellers online. Please look for the confirmation email received.
Alternatively, you can send us a copy of your confirmation so we can investigate further.

We hope this helps. Have a great time in Budapest!

  5. Can you please confirm if the baths are closed from the 8th until the 10th of April 2023?

    • Hello Chrystalla,
During the Easter holiday, pre-booked tickets are not accepted at the baths.
