Hello,
I made a booking yesterday for Double Harmony Massage on 23/02.
I have had a payment confirmation but no other confirmations or tickets
How long do these usually take to come through?
Many thanks,
Dear Rheanna,
Thank you for your comment, we have answered your email.
Have a great day.
How can I book online a VIP treatment in Rudas spa ?
Hello Madis,
massage or ticket bookings for Rudas Baths are not available on our website.
For Rudas Baths, we offer the Lunch and Wellness package:
https://bathsbudapest.com/rudas-bath-spa-lunch-experience-wellness-gastro-package-in-budapest
For massage bookings, we recommend Gellert or Szechenyi Baths.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Hello. Can you tell me if I understand right that its not possible to visit Rudas Baths together (man + woman) during the week? we can come together just at weekend?
Dear Olena,
Co-ed days: only Friday from 13:00, and Saturday, Sunday (the whole day on weekends).
I hope this helps.
Hello,
We are at the baths today and someone stole my friend’s glasses. We asked for help but no one could help us. I send you a photo of them so that you can identify them and if you get them please let us know. It’s very important and they’re very expensive.
I have sent an e-mail with a picture of them, please it is really important.
Hello Sara,
We are sorry to hear that. Please ask for the lost and found department to see if it has been found.
The baths are not opened on 27-30 of December?
Dear Maria, Thank you for your inquiry about services between Dec 24, 2019, and Jan 07, 2020 in the baths. While we normally would recommend online bookings to secure your appointments or entries, during the Winter Festive Season (Christmas and New Year – Dec 24 – Jan 7) the city attracts half a million extra tourists, which makes online fast track tickets to Szechenyi Baths and Gellert Spa simply non-fast track, and ticket holders are often held back in the – otherwise peaceful and expectant – crowds gathering around the entrances. Hence the managerial decision was made that no fast track entries or cabins (changing cubicles) are sold during the festive days, with the notable exception of the pre-NYE night party tickets, which will be bookable for December 30 as usual in Szechenyi Baths.
Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we expect long queues due to the increased demand, even long lines in the cold. Please find more details, advice and other thermal bath alternatives on the following link: BathsBudapest.com/Dec
Hi Maria,

Hello is there some bath party Between the 22 on the 26th and January 2020? Thanks you
Hello! I’m planning to go to Budapest from the 25th December to the 29th.
I see there aren’t available spots…
Is it possible to book it in situs?
Which day would you recommend me to go? (the one is usually less crowded)
Thank you very much.

I was deverstated to find out that the tickets online are sold out next week. My partner and I have booked to come to Budapest from 27th December to 31st demcember, to specifically visit the thermal baths. Is there any way for us to get tickets before or even on the door as we desperately wish to visit as some point throughout our visit.
Please let me know if there is anything we can do to get tickets.
