I would like to book 2 couple massages after we do baths in common area on September 12th. Unfortenelty I don’t see links to book massages at the Gellert Spa, only to book tickets

Massage treatments are available at the Gellert Spa & Baths. We strongly recommend booking your preferred treatment time as early as possible, as these sessions tend to fill up quickly, especially during the early autumn period.

We will be in Budapest October 4-7 this year. Will the indoor thermal baths at Gellert be open? I understand there’s some reconstruction that may close Gellert in October?

We would like to inform you that Gellért Spa is scheduled to close for renovations starting from 1 October 2025, with 30 September 2025 currently expected to be the last available day for visits this year, according to the current schedule and communication of the bath management. Please note that the bath management reserves the right to amend the starting date of the renovation works, so it may be worth checking back with us in mid-September for the most up-to-date information.
Oct 1 onwards: unfortunately, it will not be possible to book massages or spa services at Gellért Spa after the renovation works begin.
If you are planning a visit to Budapest and would still like to enjoy a spa and massage experience, we would be happy to recommend alternative thermal baths such as Szechenyi Bath, Rudas Bath or Lukacs Baths, offering similar services, including fast-track entry and massage options.
