    I recently booked 2 tickets to the baths for Sunday the 21st but have not received a confirmation e-mail. Would you be able to re-send this?

    • Hello Jessica,
      thank you for letting us know. The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your ticket) was already automatically sent to you, to the email address you have provided in the booking form: please make sure to check the spam folder in case it ended up there. At any rate, we have manually resent it again. Please let us know if there should be any further inconvenience, or if you wish to get the ticket sent to a different email address too.

  2. We we scheduled to do the massage at the end of the day, however when checking in we were told that our appt had been moved to earlier in the day. They had me check my email for your confirmation but it had all gone to spam. In any case we would not have been able to go earlier because we were on a tour … precisely why we scheduled for the end of the day.
    We did use the facility but are requesting a refund for the massages. Thank you.

      • I received your reply stating that under your policy no refund is allowed. Therefore this is a money making scheme. To allow a customer to choose their time to only find out its not available is abhorrent. Why allow customers to choose their time in the first place? And to add insult to injury, for my loss, you offer a day trip which is worth money. So, just refund my money. But no, it is not your policy. You get zero stars. 0*

  3. Hi, I have booked for 23rd 11am 4.5 days before my arrival (you advise 1-2), you are unable to accommodate me and moved it to 5.30pm. I have a flight at 6.10 and it just is not possible. You have moved my booking by 6 hours which is something no one should expect when booking. Its a crazy amount of difference, pease advise the next steps?

      thank you for letting us know about your schedule in Budapest, and its incompatibility with the massage hour we could offer as ‘closest’ to your preferred hours for the type of massage you have originally chosen.
      I can see in our customer database and correspondence that your issue has has been resolved in the meantime by providing you with an alternative treatment and appointment at the spa baths.

      We are sorry about the inconvenience caused due to the large increase in advance bookings (in the peak weeks of the high season we are expecting more and more pre-purchased massages, which makes options less flexible).

      We will adjust our advice regarding recommended booking time accordingly to 5-7 days instead of 1-2 days especially for weekend slots. Thank you for your invaluable feedback.

    We have visited Szechenyi Baths Budapest on 9th June 2019. We have made a purchase of 10110 HUF food items from the restaurant present inside Szechenyi Baths at Szechenyi Kertvende Budapest HUN .When we swiped our thomascook travel card to pay the amount , it got declined due to technical reason.Then the accountant at the restaurant asked us again to try the thomascooktravelcard for the second time entering the amount manually and at that instance she has entered 101100 HUF at 12:45 pm instead of 10110 HUF.
    We have the mail proof from thomas cook and if required we can share the same.
    Kindly assist the issue .

  5. My partner and I are visiting on the in July and have a ticket, towel and private cabin package. What are the shower arrangements please?

    • Dear Karen,
      there are shower cubicles in every Baths, although it can be vary depending on which Baths you will visit. In general there are showers in the changing rooms (men and women separately), and shower cubicles near the cabin area. There are hairdryers as well.
