  1. Hi,

We are a family of 3 (one man and 2 women). Can a cabin take 3 persons? What do you sugest?
We are arriving in March 2020

    Tks in advance

    • Hi Luis,

      Thank you for your question.

Cabins are smallish changing rooms combined with storage facilities. In a bath cabin, you can get changed privately and store your items in a safe place. The cabin comfortably accommodates one person, so it would be tight for all 3 of you at the same time, but you can take turns when getting changed.

Hope the above helps. We wish you a great bath experience in Budapest!

  2. We need 14 tickets for 1 Jan. Please revert.

    • Dear Rikita,
thank you for your inquiry about tickets to the spa baths in Budapest.
While we normally would recommend online bookings to secure your appointments or entries, during the Winter Festive Season (Christmas and New Year – Dec 24 – Jan 7) the city attracts half a million extra tourists, which makes online fast track tickets to Szechenyi Baths and Gellert Spa simply non-fast track, and ticket holders are often held back in the – otherwise peaceful and expectant – crowds gathering around the entrances. Hence the managerial decision was made that no fast track entries or cabins (changing cubicles) are sold during the festive days, with the notable exception of the pre-NYE night party tickets, which will be bookable for December 30 as usual in Szechenyi Baths.
Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we expect long queues due to the increased demand, even long lines in the cold. Please find more details, advice and other thermal bath alternatives on the following link: BathsBudapest.com/Dec

Thank you for your kind cooperation. Enjoy the thermal baths in Budapest and explore some more if it is not your first visit in the city.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

my husband and i are coming to budapest on sunday 15th sept, for 3 days. which day should we visit a bath. pl suggest best one, not too much crowd. i use a walker for walking, so i hope its safe for me to go there.

    • Dear Shilpa,
we recommend you visit on a weekday as weekends are the most visited days at the thermal baths of Budapest.
Probably Szechenyi Spa Baths is busier than Gellert Spa.
Have a nice vacation in Budapest!

  4. Hi. What is the difference between Adult swimming pool-wellness ticket and Adult thermal ticket with a cabin in Rudas Baths?
Can I buy a ticket only for thermal massage without other packages?

  5. I’m traveling on a budget and for a short time. Do you have any student discounts or half day prices? For example from 7 am to 1pm?

    • Hi Sofia, unfortunately there is no student discount or limited hours discount, but if you visit the baths on a weekday, the entry will be cheaper.
The budget friendly thermal bath in Budapest is Lukacs Baths, included (free entry) with a Budapest Card, which is perhaps your best bet if you want to see many things at a cheap price
